Golf Equipment

Over the course of a golfers life we will usually use a range of different golf equipment that we hope will improve our scores or our enjoyment of playing golf.

Golf equipment has changed dramatically over the years as new technology has been introduced to help overall performance of golf clubs especially drivers.

Some of this so called new technology is just “marketing hype” as club makers fight for market dominance in a declining golf equipment market.

You just have to look at the amount of new drivers brought out every 3-6-12 months.

Their pricing starting at $1000 or so but within a year they are available for only $199…….where did or that loss of profit go? How could a driver devalue that quickly?

Well the real cost of a completed driver is around $30 the rest is all marketing, endorsements, product development etc.

This part of my website will be devoted to golf equipment that I have personally used or which has been endorsed by golfers I respect.
