Please send me your free putting Manual. Hopefully it will encourage me to improve my putting which is problematic as I just do not seem to be interested in taking the necessary time to putt. I find that after waiting for others to putt that i just want to get it over with as quickly as possible, so I will take a quick estimate as to what line I think is right, step up and hit the putt.

I will send through the putting Manual no problem. It’s common for golfers to just step up and putt fast so they can get to the next tee.
You can however do most of your pre putt routine while you are waiting for others to putt out. Especially when it comes to looking for your line. Find the line, aim at the line, make a straight stroke with good timing. You can putt fast no problem as long as you do the basics first, however that does not mean you rush the stroke, just means that it doesn’t take that long to make an effective putt.
