The Aiming Point in the golf Swing

Golf swing tips by William

The aiming point in the golf swing actually isn't the ball!!! The ball is a point of reference only not the aiming point. The point in which you are trying to aim at is a CORRECT position that allows the club to swing towards a point past the ball.

The little shot...half shot..... and three quarter shot drills are excellent basic exercises that we use in our a perfect swing golf instruction. The purpose of these drills is to identify and feel the motions that provide the correct angles to aim the "club head" at a point to make the best contact possible.

The aiming point in our golf swing method is actually "right field" for right handers and "left field" for left handers.
